We are proud of to be the only restaurant in the Bay Area that specializes in Cantonese Soup Casserole! The head chef, Fai, is a Hakka who grew up in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China. With 30 years of experience as a Cantonese restaurant chef, he came to the Bay Area but was frustrated with the lack of hometown flavored soups, so he opened this restaurant. As the only Cantonese-style hot soup in the Bay Area, we are most proud of the fact that MSG is not used in any of our dishes.
